We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated First Mate to join White Dragon and Kraken Yachts.
The successful candidate will play a key role in all aspects of onboard operations, including crew support, routine maintenance, cleaning, and the general upkeep of the vessel. While at sea, responsibilities will include active crewing duties and watchkeeping to ensure the safe and efficient passage of the yacht.
This position is ideally suited to a proactive, self-motivated individual with good sailing experience. A background in mechanical or engineering disciplines would be highly advantageous, contributing to the effective maintenance and troubleshooting of onboard systems.
This is a live-aboard role, requiring a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to life at sea. Candidates must have excellent English language skills, be confident with IT systems, and possess a genuine passion for sailing and the maritime environment.
