All Kraken yachts are built with a substantial interior structure to ensure keel delamination and failure cannot occur.

Structural components are hand fitted and laminated to ensure the highest quality finish and ultimate structural integrity. Substantial solid laminate is used below the waterline and extends around 40 cm above the waterline to provide impact strength in the event of hitting a floating object. The fibreglass hull laminate specification and hull thickness will be greater than many other cruisers of similar size. Hull portlights and deck windows are designed with ultra-high impact resistant glass 10mm thick. All windows include tinted glass with UV protection.
